Berlin based dj / producer Oliver Deutschmann has made his mark in recent years by running and releasing on the imprints Falkplatz and Vidab, his long memorable sets at Panorama Bar / Berghain, and numerous releases and remixes for the likes of Soma, AIM, or JackOff to name a few. His uncompromising selections range from deep dubby house to big room techno, keeping the pulse on new sounds while always paying respect to the past, which can also be heard in productions on his collaborations with Ed Davenport, or monikers Gowentgone and SubBroomAssosciation.

Last year Deutschmann spent most of his weekends touring the world from Japan, across Germany and Europe, to the middle east reaching cities like Beirut and Tel Aviv, while playing festivals like Sonar and BerMuDa. He is currently spending his off days building a new studio in Berlin, working on new releases and collaborations, and the development of his A&R skills.

In 2012 Oliver Deutschmann is keeping up with modern technology, and is set to release a new enhanced multimedia package which will include two cds, vinyl singles, and videos on SLIM Audio featuring exclusive mix and tracks. Also in the pipeline are releases for AIM, Falkplatz, and Vidab.

Movement At Home: Drumcell

✈ We are delighted to welcome italian dj, drummer & producer based in Amsterdam CYB.

As a musician CYB's always been looking for a personal, racy and original style. As a Dj he likes experimenting primarily with all the shades of Techno and Intelligent Dance Music mixing atmospheric melodies with an articulated, percussive and complex rhythmic texture.

After a long militancy as drummer for Ulan Bator (FR), Object (FR), Dilatazione (IT) and La Band del Brasiliano (IT) CYB was heavily influenced by the pulsating techno scene starting to experiment with synthesizers and drum machines. In June 2015 he released an EP with the italian duo Goldstreet for Elastica Records. In January 2018, after long sessions in studio, he released a first Ep in collaboration with Elisa Batti, “M/W”, on the prestigious American label Detroit Underground.

In 2018 they founded Immaterial.Archives debuting with "Between Viewers and Spaces" , which featured excellent remixes by Michal Jablonski and Wrong Assessment. For the second and third chapter "Undersea Mountains Pt.1 e Pt.2", released in 2019, they had the pleasure of having other four brilliant contributions from Alfredo Mazzilli, Keikari, Vsk and Kaiser.

2020 starts with IA004 "Doomed to Reverberate", the first Various Artists on Immaterial.Archives curated by Cyb and a couple of contributions for VA on the Italian Dissonanze Recordings and the Chilean Utch Records.

2020 will end with a new vinyl release on Immaterial.Archives where Cyb will be joined by three of his favorite producers, Temudo, Kessell and Blazej Malinowski.

Tim Xavier’s passion for music has kept him on the forefront of techno since his first innovative releases back in Chicago over a decade ago. His career began in Houston in the late 90s, and then on to Chicago, next Brooklyn and now Berlin, where he has resided since 2007. 
He is a veteran to the industry; and his dark, edgy production style has remained uncompromised through the ever-changing genres of techno and house. He is also part owner and mastering/cutting engineer at www.manmademastering.com in Berlin. 
Xavier’s music has been charted and played by leading artists around the world, and he has worked with many international record labels for the past 18 years. He is also the owner of Face To Face Recordings.

Un nuevo 808 Radio Basic Mix, esta semana tenemos el honor de recibir a uno de esos productores clave dentro de la nueva hornada de sonidos techno, hablamos de creador italiano Roberto Clementi.

Roberto Clementi, habitual de plataformas como Soma, ARTS o Echocord, nacio a las orillas del mediterráneo en lugar entre Riccione y Roma. Mirando, seguramente al sur, se le puede considerar heredero de aquel movimiento italiano que sacudió el techno global.

Lejos ya de ser promesa, Roberto Clementi se adentra en los discursos arrolladores, que respetan los patrones clásicos, pero que están comprometidos la evolución de los sonidos techno. Se hace cargo de los próximos 60 minutos de música y radio.
