Energetic Alchemy Exercise

This is the Alpha Sound used in the Silva Method meditations

Alpha Sound / Silva Method - 1 Hour

This is intended as a short daily practice so that it is accessible and practicle to integrate! But you can take it deeper and longer once you are familiar with the journey.... 

This is a track to chant along with! 
Recommended steps:
1. Sit comfortably, perhaps light a candle/incense
2. take some deep breaths, releasing tension on the exhale
3. Bring in an intention to work with
4. Chanting the sounds of the mantras and place your attention on the corresponding level of the spine. 
LUM - Perineum - Root (Mulhadara) Chakra - EARTH
VUM - Sacral plexus - Swadisthana - WATER
RUM - Navel - Maniupura - FIRE
YUM - Heart - Anahata - AIR
HUM - Throat - Visshudhi - ETHER
OM - Between the eyebrows - Ajna - OM 
3x each and then back down again
5. Ending with Om and followed by humming
6. 2 minutes of silent sitting ending with the sound of the bell on the track.  (but you can sit longer if you have time ;)

We often get stuck in destructive patterns, unconscious choices and wonder how to move forward.  In this track I have explored the power of asking questions, freedom of choice and how to get unstuck and create your life beyond unconscious choices.

Getting Unstuck and creating beyond Unconscious Choices

How do people get aware of their points of views about money, specially people who are just plodding along and don't really recognize that they're just plodding along...What would you say to that?

Classes like this can be a wake up call, Conversations like this, literally shake people out of their comfort zone and out of the autopilot mode.

Are you a robot walking in the world? When you're plodding along, you are just being a robot!
Wake up in the morning... Eat, Pray, work...Eat, Pray, work...Eat, Pray, work... that becomes the pattern of your life. Unfortunately, in this reality, many people will say, that's how you're supposed to live your life! You have to choose change for yourself. 
We can give people the wake up call, we can shake them up, but at the end of it, it is their choice to choose Change. 
Now, why would somebody cringe away from change? 
Because there is judgment that the change will require a lot of hard work, it will spoil the comfort zone. Doesn't have to be like that...actually, it can be ease and it can be easy! The more you choose wthe easier it gets and then you start seeing this possibility.

It is like opening the window's curtain. You take a sneak peek and you see the stars. Now you open the curtain a little more and a little more and a little more, and you suddenly realize, WOW, there's the full sky that I can explore but I was just willing to keep the curtains shut!!

So what could it take for you to open the curtains and have a look outside?
