Energetic Alchemy Exercise

This is the Alpha Sound used in the Silva Method meditations

Alpha Sound / Silva Method - 1 Hour

This is intended as a short daily practice so that it is accessible and practicle to integrate! But you can take it deeper and longer once you are familiar with the journey.... 

This is a track to chant along with! 
Recommended steps:
1. Sit comfortably, perhaps light a candle/incense
2. take some deep breaths, releasing tension on the exhale
3. Bring in an intention to work with
4. Chanting the sounds of the mantras and place your attention on the corresponding level of the spine. 
LUM - Perineum - Root (Mulhadara) Chakra - EARTH
VUM - Sacral plexus - Swadisthana - WATER
RUM - Navel - Maniupura - FIRE
YUM - Heart - Anahata - AIR
HUM - Throat - Visshudhi - ETHER
OM - Between the eyebrows - Ajna - OM 
3x each and then back down again
5. Ending with Om and followed by humming
6. 2 minutes of silent sitting ending with the sound of the bell on the track.  (but you can sit longer if you have time ;)

Demon Clearing

We often get stuck in destructive patterns, unconscious choices and wonder how to move forward.  In this track I have explored the power of asking questions, freedom of choice and how to get unstuck and create your life beyond unconscious choices.

This track is a clip from a session I facilitated and I am sharing this excerpt as I believe this can be a huge contribution to the world!

Getting Unstuck and creating beyond Unconscious Choices

The funny thing is, most people think that this  whole idea of Money creating Money is just, investing in bonds or mutual funds or some investment plans or some fixed deposits, because that is what the creativity that is the limit of the glass ceiling of the creativity, isn't it? People cannot think beyond it. 

You go to any planner, and they are   going to give you similar advice...Start contributing to your pension funds, Start creating your nest egg, Start putting out money separately. That is the idea of saving because unfortunately, we do not receive the well needed education about finances while growing up. What we are taught is bookish knowledge. We learn about journaling...track your expenses, honor your bills.  That is the amount of creativity that we have in finances. 

And then we stumble and we stumble and we stumble through our life. Unfortunately, many of us stumble for a very long time.  In the process, many people also give up saying that, Oh my God, this cannot get better. The idea is, this might be an indication for this to change. And it doesn't change, does it? Because there's a limit. There's a limit to what can change, because  obviously your knowledge and your knowing has obviously got you to that point, that defined limit.

So, this is really about going beyond what you think you know returning to that awareness that we were born with, that we do not put to use because we just mimic what everybody around us is doing! Slowly that awareness slips away from us.

How many times it has happened, that you've tried something new and everybody said, "Oh, no! you don't do that.  That is stupid." .. and you gave into that?
I've been made wrong for so many decisions I've taken. Some of them have been disasters, but you learn from them!

The whole idea of not trying something new and falling into this whole cycle of, Earn-Pay, Earn-Pay, Earn-Pay, is like the unending  cycle. You keep running like this little rat that keeps running on that wheel that never stops.  
So many people would resonate with this, like living paycheck to paycheck, especially in the corporate world where it's nine to five weekend off back to nine to five weekend off. It's not about judging this; it's more about asking, What else is possible? What more can you bring into your life, contribute, ask for, request and  receive.
