We were forced to transform from fearless little girls into insecure and timid women. We put on a mask and pretend to be who we were told to be.

It is filled with sadness and longingness yet glimpses of hope and intimacy. The bilingual nature of the song reveals Ting Lin's appreciation for the Latin cultures and her Latin lover. This is also dedicated to our mother earth, the one that all of us take for granted. It urges all of us to be better people to each other and to the planet, before it's too late. This is the first time that I have experimented with the Hip/Hop genre, rapping fiercely about issues that affect all of us.
