OMS? – Neue Wege, neue Klänge

Hinter OMS? steckt der Erfurter DJ René Müller. Seine Liebe zur elektronischen Musik begann vor etwa 15 Jahren, als er die Welt der Technopartys und Festivals für sich entdeckte. Vor fünf Jahren packte ihn schließlich die Neugier, selbst hinter den Decks zu stehen – und seitdem ist er nicht mehr davon losgekommen.
In den letzten Jahren hat OMS? verschiedene Facetten der elektronischen Musik erkundet und seinen eigenen Stil gefunden. Besonders wohl fühlt er sich im Deep/Dark Techno und melodischen Techno, wo treibende Beats auf atmosphärische Klangwelten treffen.
Live war er vor allem in der Technoszene in Erfurt, Jena und Weimar zu hören und hat sich dort einen Namen gemacht. Doch das ist erst der Anfang – seid gespannt, wohin die Reise noch führt!

Behind OMS? is the Erfurt-based DJ René Müller. His love for electronic music began about 15 years ago when he discovered the world of techno parties and festivals. Five years ago, curiosity finally got the better of him, and he stepped behind the decks himself – and he hasn’t looked back since.
In recent years, OMS? has explored various facets of electronic music and found his own style. He feels particularly at home in deep/dark techno and melodic techno, where driving beats meet atmospheric soundscapes.
Live, he has primarily performed in the techno scenes of Erfurt, Jena, and Weimar, making a name for himself there. But this is just the beginning – stay tuned to see where the journey leads!

For this mix, I dug deep into my record collection and pulled out some of my all-time favorites—tracks that have been with me to this day and never seem to leave my record bag. I keep playing them over and over because, to me, they are simply timeless.
