Eli & Fur close out this year with a celebratory nine-track collection of reworks of the original material released on their first studio LP, “Found In The Wild”.

The duo have brought together a hand-selected eclectic mix of friends and peers to reinterpret their “Found In The Wild” project, each artist stepping up to the plate to lend new context to their standout track of choice, re-presented in a new light for extensive dancefloor use.

The first drop from the remix album came courtesy of Anjunadeep mainstay Marsh, who has already garnered BBC Radio 1 support from Danny Howard with his rework of the sensual and otherworldly, “Wild Skies” which glistens in cooperation with the girls’ textured sound palette laid down in the original.

Along with stellar cuts from acclaimed producers, Fur Coat, Ben Yang, Polar Inc and MOLØ, Eli & Fur have also included their own special club mix of “Come Back Around”, a fan favourite and standout moment broadcast earlier this summer in the girls’ cinematic performance film, “Found In the Wild Live”.

Eli & Fur’s club mix sits alongside a dark and brooding interpretation of “Come Back Around” from long-time close friend and scene affiliate Maya Jane Coles. Fresh off the back of releasing her new album “Night Creature”, Maya has previously remixed for Gorillaz and Massive Attack. The machinelike precision of her drum programming chugs throughout the mix with a steampunk hiss, leading listeners down a hypnotic trail of industrial synths and ethereal vocal manipulation.

South-African native THEMBA bursts into action with a no-holds-barred percussive workout, shifting the laid-back aura of “Walk The Line” into an organically evolving menagerie of traditional drum splashes. An important figurehead for the South African electronic music scene and recently named ambassador for the Bridges For Music Charity, THEMBA draws on his trademark sound forged from his African roots which unfolds fluidly through the energy-charged percussion of the girls’ original album track.

Internationally renowned for her dreamy soundscapes and hypnotic rhythms, Italian born and classically trained Francesca Lombardo provides a gorgeous contribution to the compilation with her take on “In Too Deep”. Lombardo delivers a slow-burning and delicately balanced reformation - a swirling, space-age quality has listeners ensnared into a trance-like stasis, fighting the urge to sway in time with the vocal accompaniment as it glides through the arrangement.

Anjunadeep welcomes Berlin-based producer and live act Nils Hoffmann to the label with his first standalone release ‘9 Days / Cranes’. He debuted on Anjunadeep in 2019, collaborating with Ben Böhmer and Malou on standout single ‘Breathing’ which has amassed over 25 million streams to date, and gained support on BBC Radio 1, Sirius XM and Sunshine Live.

One of the most exciting up-and-coming electronic artists, Nils has released on labels including Poesie Musik, Counter Records, Bitbird and Ton Töpferei, gaining support from tastemakers including Diplo, Bob Moses, Pete Tong and Kaskade.

First heard on flagship label compilation Anjunadeep 13, ‘9 Days’ features vocals from South African vocalist Julia Church. Julia is well known for her feature on Lane 8’s stunning track ‘Oh, Miles’ which has racked up over 15 million streams and gained support on SiriusXM and Kiss FM. ‘Cranes’ is a collaborative cut with Swiss producer and songwriter Natascha Polké, who’s recently released on This Never Happened and Definition:Music. Nils Hoffmann teams up with Australian singer-songwriter Panama for the next single ‘Far Behind’. Taken from Nils’ forthcoming album ‘A Radiant Sign’, out September 2 on Anjunadeep.

Opening with Panama’s dreamy vocals, Nils gradually layers atmospheric chords with a bright plucked synth, culminating in a rich, warm production that epitomises his sound. Having previously collaborated with artists including Ben Böhmer and Two Lanes on ‘Weightless’ and ‘Rolling Back’ respectively, Panama has had regular support from flagship radio stations KCRW and Sirius XM and has accumulated over 300m streams on Spotify alone.
Nils’ Hoffmann’s upcoming album ‘A Radiant Sign’ marks the beginning of a new chapter for the 26-year-old up-and-comer. Finding himself going through a transitional stage in his life, Nils used the album to help him escape and give him hope in uncertain times.

“The album is about new beginnings, and represents the beautiful results that can come from fighting through difficult circumstances. I wanted to give people a collection of music that they can be absorbed by; giving them the hope and faith to keep going through the twists and turns of life. While writing the album, I realised that challenging situations do eventually come to an end, and while facing those challenges, it’s best to look ahead. That’s what ‘A Radiant Sign’ stands for.”

This adds to an already impressive list of support from Diplo, Bob Moses and Pete Tong who’ve championed his work on Poesie Musik, Ton Töpferei, Bitbird and Counter Records.

Nils is part of the next wave of emerging talent from London-based electronic label Anjunadeep, who have broken electronic music stars such as Lane 8, Yotto, Eli & Fur and Ben Böhmer.

Joseph Ray’s ‘Cos of You’ showcases his production prowess, featuring swelling leads and rolling deep percussion. The artwork for the single borrows from the iconic 90s UK nightlife photography of Dave Swindells and hints at the influence behind Joseph Ray’s signature sound; the pulsating energy of UK house and jungle.
