Jeremiah Yakubu Nyam born February 26, better known as TALISMAN is a multi Award winning Nigerian Afro-Dancehall recording and performing artiste based in Jos. He’s unsigned but currently part of the renowned Jos based music group ProBoiNation (PBN). He loves Creating music which started at a pretty young age (8). He got his first studio shot in 2011 and has since then been recording. He attended Child Foundation Private School,Jos and went on to St. Murumba College , Jos and later moved to Redeemed People’s Academy where he graduated. He gained admission shortly after to study Accounting in the prestigious University of Jos.
Talisman’s style of music; AfroDancehall is inspired by his versatility as an artiste to put the Jamaican Dancehall vibe on Afro beat. He’s not the first Nigerian Afro-Dancehall Artiste but his style stands out and he’s the only of his kind.
He releases his first offering for the year 2018
titled titled “FI DI HEART ” which means “For/ to the heart” in patuah,
as produced by “Ill-Konnect”. Y’all know it’s a Hit when It’s Talisman In Action #TIA so Enjoy!
