Brought up in California and now based in New York, Dubamine brings a unique signature sound to world of dubstep. Blending everything from the sounds of roots reggae to west coast hip hop he creates a style filled with positive vibes that simultaneously messy's up the dance floor. With a few Free Releases already under his belt, Dubamine presents his debut release with Dank 'N' Dirty Dubz in the form of a massive 9 track LP, which consists of 7 original tunes and 2 remixes by the Dank 'N' Dirty powerhouses that are ENiGMA Dubz & The Widdler. Listeners have been eagerly waiting for the release of the dubplates on the 'Soundsystem LP' for awhile now and come May 17th, the wait will be officially over.

“From the depths of the darkness lurks a monster. It’s built with harsh, ice-cold growls that reach out and signal impending destruction. The sound design in Feonix’s ‘Premonition’ is simply marvellous, creating cinematic displays of true horror and deceit. 

“Breakbeat-esque percussion swerves through a gloomly space that travels parallel to the half-step craze the producer instigates. With its appropriate b-line techniques that move to fill the dead-ends, Feonix has built a tune guaranteed to cause instant fear and paranoia. Feonix - Premonition [FKOF Free Download]

This is the second release from the recently reformed Skeleton Recordings. 
Nightmares, originally released on a clear vinyl back in 1993 (Cat No. SKEL010), is a well known dark Amen roller produced by DJ Monita that used to be played regular on the airwaves of pirate stations. 
The tune has been giving a good rework by some very creditable producers to bring the tempo and feel up to todays standards. Monita carefully picked the artists he wanted to remix his original version and decided on choosing some of the best up and coming, talented artists that are really getting a lot of recognition from within the scene.
Keeping the original dark feel to track, Ricky Force, Threshold, Crisis & Ikon-B and Charlie Turbo & Mpathy all give their take on four brand new versions for the dark cold nights of 2014. 
The edits through the remixes are sure to leave all Amen lovers rubbing their hands together. 
Breaks are rolling, subs are low and the mood is dark.

It could even be considered as a spin-off of the others, with its mellow yet aggressive textures that combine to form foreboding atmospheres.
