The first two verses and chorus of The Black Velvet Band.  This is my second recording of this, my last one was made about a month ago and was quite hurried and had some pretty glaring mistakes, so I took the time to re-record this.

So, I recorded this one about a month ago, when I didn't have bass chords for it.  The basses are a work in progress, though they are coming along nicely (practice practice!) and a version with bass should be up soon.

Spancil Hill (Without bass)

A lot of people of my generation will have played a video game called "Legend of Zelda:  Ocarina of Time".  This remains to be one of my favourite video games, some seventeen years later.

One of the most famous piece of music from this game is the Song of Storms, otherwise known as the "Windmill song".  This is my take on that, learned almost totally by ear.  I hope to post a version with bass accompaniment soon.

I'm just some guy with an accordion, trying to learn songs that he likes and that he hopes others will like.  As of the 2nd of January 2014, I've been playing for about a year, and I'm not doing too badly, I think.
