قَد كانَ مُضطَلَعاً بِالخَطبِ يَحمِلُهُ  فَضُيَّقَت بِخُطُوبِ الدهرِ أَضلُعُهُ
وما نيل المطالب بالتمنى***** ولكن تؤخذ الدنيا غلابَ﻿
