A healthy relationship has common ground, find it, and see how both people can add something to it. Think about how you can help your partner or friend. Listen as I talk about the importance of adding value to your relationships. 


🥉 Business:

In business, nothing is ever perfect. So it pays to analyze the climate and see what’s missing. Is there a skill you possess that you can apply to your role, a future employer or a business? I talk about some ways to add value to your career.
