I’m not ok I just whant go off grid for ever

When I was born my mother and father had a divorce causing me to be sent through court trials my grandmother adopted me and I was raised by her, I love her with all my heart but back in 2020 she had a stroke two strokes in one year and in 2022 she had another stroke 2023 she was sent to a nursing home and I have been switching between houses and in 2024 I visit her at her nursing home, People always tell me I was such a nuisance to her that she had those strokes out of stress and over the years it has been taking a toll on me, Things like that really leave you messed up I thought I got over it but it just keeps coming back, I cry every night and I do things for everyone ask them how they are doing but nobody appreciates it, Nobody asks me how I'm doing and that's all I want is to have someone to vent to, Everytime I see another family I hurt so bad I wish that my dad were dead so at least I know I could never see him but I live everyday knowing he is out there ill just never see him.

Is it bad I want to keep disassociating? Ik disassociating isn’t a good thing but when I’m not, I’m either having an anxiety attack or I’m crying. But when I feel like I’m not real, I can’t remember much and it feels okay
