Was playing around on my Novation Circuit (which, funnily enough, I had sorta planned to sell) tonight when I couldn't sleep. This was the result.
It's got a few unclean transitions (on account of me not being well-versed with how to record automations on the thing yet).

Let me know if you hear the inspiration, and whether or not I'm at least in the ballpark ;)

Rain In Hell

Was originally intended as a chill synthwave track, the kind you drive to on a long, easy road.
Then I found the distortion knob.
It ended up feeling like two characters, the drone-y, bass-y beast and the bell-like beauty, arguing over something. Beauty, at first, keeps her cool, but eventually snaps at Beast, until they both settle back down.

Found a Chiptunes pack for the Circuit. Played with it a bit. Liked it.

I originally made this on my Deluge, but later decided to mix/ process some of the songs I made on that thing through my MPC. I had forgotten that I had already uploaded a version of this song, but I liked the new version better, so here we are.

Played around on my Deluge, accidentally made a song that strongly reminded me of the dismal track that plays when you first enter 2300 AD in Chrono Trigger.
But at least mountains're nice.
