We were so exhausted from the day, but after hearing another buildup we had to turn around and watch the drop. That's one of the things I love about music as a whole; you get to turn around and just experience something without needing a hidden meaning. The was originally supposed to be for the Apashe Uebok remix competition. Stuff came up and I wasn't able to continue working on it until recently. I wanted to release it to celebrate graduating college. Huge shout out to my friend Jeff who I recorded playing the violin for this remix, he was the  first chair violin at our university and absolutely slays.

Apashe has been a huge inspiration, especially since he's moved towards an orchestral approach to dubstep and bass. WHICH I LOVE! Thanks for listening!

I've known Altona Meadows since middle school and to be able to remix something as meaningful as this means a million! I wanted to utilize the vocal flow and live instruments used in the original while giving my own take on the song progression.
