Uniformity is synonymous with emptiness and the world, despite the absence of its origin,is born when the first difference arises.
We can always separate the world in a binary way, by extreme categories, and thus create the origin of language, make it conceivable and, in a general way, give rise to the existence of something.
Moreover, we can separate myriads of things in the world of humans, separate in a binary way,
by radical categories,in order to fathom the full extent of its nature; in order to understand how its nature extends from one end to the other; in order to feel the real movement thanks to the tear rip that hides behind these two directions; in order to make our way through the world which is completely overwhelmed by ignorance.
Nevertheless, if two extreme categories are equally powerful, we witness stagnation, fixity, and absolute immobility of balance and equilibrium and it brings the feeling that is so familiar to us: we are petrified before a dilemma.

In this new EP we have tried to describe the historical period in wich we live, the noisy frenetic nature of changes and the inexorability of an increasingly dystopian future that awaits us. Therefore we have played with fast and frenetic breaks that are in between IDM and Drum and Bass. Sometimes ranging towards generes we love such as jungle and dub.

As always we try not to get too inspired by other artists trying to have a sound that is never influenced and purely personal. We hope you enjoy!

Diode Eins is a producer trio from Germany primarily producing melodic and dark techno.
