TKO, aka. Tyler Kromm, is back on Feral One. His first debut on Feral One was a chart smashing collaboration, Oneironaut EP, with Longstocking. This time he is flying solo with his Don’t Rush EP. The first track, Relief, is an electronica bouquet that brings us exactly as the title promises. It has the beats to move you, but also the grace to soothe your soul. The EP title track, Don’t Rush, is a deep house reminder, that life isn’t a sprint. Life is a marathon. So, enjoy the scenery, friends and most of all, the dancing. Expect this EP bumping in sunny outdoor gatherings.

How long have you been creating music?
About 10 years, maybe a little more. 

What do you use to make your tracks?
I use Ableton Live 11 with a Push 2 + a Moog Sub 37.

How and when did you first discover Dirtybird? 
I discovered Dirtybird around 2015. The Hifi Club in Calgary frequently hosted their artists, and I made it a priority to attend every show I could! 
Back then I even got to visit San Francisco and had the full experience of a Dirtybird Quarterly at Mezzanine - definitely one of the best parties I’ve ever been to.

Which Dirtybird artist would you want to collaborate with the most?

If your entire life was a movie, what title would best describe you?
Half Baked 

What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
FKJ last year in San Antonio comes to mind! Such a talented musician. 

If you could time travel, where and when would you go?
It would be fun to grab a bite and drink some wine in Italy during the 60s. 

What species of bird best describes you and why?
A Great Horned Owl but a clumsy one  - Sneaky, clean, majestic, keen senses, but will fly into a wall now and then!

What does Dirtybird mean to you?
I look at Dirtybird as a legendary music label and a badge of honour in the house music realm for a producer. I’ve discovered many incredible artists and experienced countless fun and unforgettable times through Dirtybird. Very grateful to contribute!
