I am exploring various studio orchestra concepts from different periods.  The first 10 songs I will be putting up are proof-of-concept demos.  This is to show the viability of the music as I do not have singers for them yet.

I'm hoping this is the final master for this one.  This song (when the lyrics are with it) is about what Jesus' disciple John's thougts might have been concerning the death of his friend Jesus during the 3 days following the Crucifixion.

I am a composer of Christian Jazz Music.  Christian Jazz, in order to be differentiated from "Jazz" other than by titles, has lyrics related to Christian themes.  At this point I am in the process of converting songs compose on an old 486/16 bit base system to Cubase 24-bit files appropriate for Studio useage.  These initial files are proof-of-concept demos to validate the musical composition.  Once I have the first 10 tunes done, I will need to find singers for them.  So these are a work in progress.  

I am using the conversion process as an opportunity to learn Cubase, mixing, and mastering.  

I am producing these works at this point using an Intel Quad-Core 2.4MHz on an ASUS Maximus motherboard w/8GB of RAM, & 2 Raptor Hard Drives.  Sound is provided by a Steinberg CI2+ Interface.

For Software, I'm running Windows 7 64-bt OS.  Music software is Cubase 6.5, Steinberg Grand3, Halion Sonic, IK Multimedia T-Racks 3 Deluxe.   For Mastering, I'm using a combination of Steinberg Wavelab 7 Essentials and IK Multimedia T-Racks 3 Deluxe.
