On "French Thoughts" you can resurrect the romantic electronic landscapes of the 70-80s, a master of the lyrical, sophisticated dream worlds. The title track takes its time with its ambient intro, but it always hints at the main sequence in the background. This piece is also helped by a defining, memorable background theme. The lyrical sound clouds to the electronic rhythms create an irresistible melancholy mood. This is music that I love. I can hear her for hours.
