Alessandro Crimi returns to Etui Records with his Wandering EP. The release includes 2 original tracks by the Swiss artist and 2 remixes by Federsen and Insect O.

The EP starts with the title track Wandering. Beautiful layered pad sounds and spacious percussion giving you the feeling of wandering around in a meadow. With some punchy drums San Francisco dub techno master Federsen turned the track into a dub heavy groover.

The flip side starts with the mystic sounds of Jericho. Be prepared for some bass heavy vibes layered underneath deeply processed synth chords. For his remix Insect O. spiced up the synths with some effects and laid it on a forward pushing groove.

About Genning [Russian Federation]:

In 2008, was written the first album in the style of minimal. When a sufficient number of digital releases were collected for mixing and there was already a wide experience in work with the people on the dance floor and improved mixing skills, vinyl turntables were acquired. Since 2014 was first release in Proton Records. Then In 2017 MixCult Records released full dub techno album with 10 tracks and the second one in 2019. Since 2017, i have been accumulating a vinyl records of rare collectible editions from 1994 to nowadays. 
Also all of my music history is supported by Russian djs like: Andrey Pushkarev, Kirill Matveev, Pavel Iudin, Anton Kubikov, Deepsquare and many others.

Next up on the Avenue Red Podcast is a DJ and producer from St. Petersburg, Russia known as Kruglenko. We have seen this guy around on SoundCloud thanks to the various recommendation algorithms, noticing his quality mixes and also his ear for productions are clearly getting to a high level... then he submitted a mix to us. Just shows the algorithms are functioning well over here!

What we received is a solid dancefloor-focused, heads-down and elbows-up DJ mix of driving, deep dubby techno and house. Music that is constructed in many implementations from the blueprints of the Basic Channel & Maurizio works. These are the sprawling stylistic tributaries of music that have flowed down-river since those halcyon days and humble beginnings.

We hear a lot said these days about the idiosyncratic underground house/techno scenes in France, Germany, Romania ("Rominimal") etc... something equally intriguing and vibrant continues to thrive across the vast swathes of European Russia too and we are proud to champion the players that are busy pushing their visions of underground music and culture over there too! This mix from Kruglenko will hypnotise you to your core, twist you mind and shatter your bones on a good soundsystem. Press play. It's time to breathe in the cold, dark air, close your eyes and let the strobe lights flash through your eyelids.

Tm Shuffle comes from the forests of Ruutana, Finland. His passion for music started in early 90's and his record collection and musical vision has grown since those times. He runs Vuo records, having released music from Trevor Deep Jr, Stardub, Ohm, Kalle-M, Octaedre, himself and many more. In his productions as well as DJ sets the spotlight is always on the music. His sound is a sum of all those felt bassdrum kicks, which have been plenty. You could call it dubtechno but it's more; it's 4am moods and endless grooves, filtered delays and rolling hihats. Sometimes techno, sometimes house, most times something beyond.
