He recruits legendary producer and health guru Rick Rubin to rework YEEZUS in its entirety, adding what West calls a “plant-based, cruelty-free” sound. While some of the original album survives Rubin’s edits, much of it is unrecognizable. Rubin suggests the album be renamed.
