Mikey Miele or better known as https://soundcloud.com/mythmofficial , is a Dubstep and experimental bass music producer hailing from Vancouver, Canada who has quickly become a rising talent within the electronic music scene. Taking inspiration from genres: Dubstep, Grime, Drum and Bass, Hip-hop and more, the Canadian artist has helped fortify the growth of Dubstep and bass music with his forward thinking productions since the inception of his project in 2019.  has released his work on respected labels such as Artikal Music UK, Deadbeats, Deep, Dark & Dangerous, Wormhole, Wheel and Deal Records and has received support from the likes of renowned producers: J:Kenzo, Truth, Zed’s Dead, N-Type, Liquid Stranger, and Peekaboo, to name a few.
Miele has caught the attention of many with his consistent, quality releases and high energy live performances which have taken him to major music festivals like Shambhala, Lost Lands, Lightning In a Bottle, Infrasound and Beyond Wonderland. Riding this momentum, MYTHM leaves no room for stagnancy as he lives for the endless possibilities and boundaries that have yet to be pushed.

Nate Ptaskiewicz hailing from Denver, Colorado is on the rise with his massive distinctive sound rippling through the underground dubstep scene. Producing and mixing music for 5 years now, he has steadily been putting out weighty content on many labels such as Dank and Dirty, The WiddFam, and Deep Dark and Dangerous. Earning support on shows for the likes of TRUTH, Onhell, Woven Thorns and Bommer, he is truly a force to be reckon with wielding his niche sound design and respective mixing skills.

Massive opportunity to play this event, and I feel truly honoured to have been welcomed onto the lineup. Newy Bass Crew's takeover of the first deck went down in an astonishing fashion.

This set was a surprise to me, as in true Whompus style I had an all new technical error with my USB resulting in a change of plans on the spot. But all things happen for a reason, and this once again turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the replacement ideas landed so hard that I couldn't care about not having my plans.

MEANWHILE 2 has been in progress for 2 years since 2016's MEANWHILE dropped. MW2 is inspired by the life experiences of Flythe being away from his hometown, West Philadelphia. 07/09/2014 marks the day Flythe landed in LA where everything changed for him. West Philadelphia watched him take a leap faith & as months passed; they knew he was on a mission to succeed.

Meanwhile, in The Valley of LA, Flythe went through college, overcame challenges and barriers, and sought to rise above the doubts to be someone great. 

Listening to MEANWHILE 2, you'll hear through the melodic flows and lyricism, what kept him going in songs like "FIRE FOOD". But you'll also hear what broke him down in songs like "EXPIRED". And just when you thought you know him like a book, he gives you even more clarification in his song "MENTAL MONOLOGUE".

Charred Remains (ft. Bryte), the new single from W.A. beatlord Tobacco Rat, fuses the aggressive old-school rap stylings of lyricist Bryte and the crushing synth-noise sounds of Perth’s favorite rodent/producer in a rapid take-no-prisoners assault.
Starting life as a wild experiment for a separate project that stalled, Tobacco Rat invited Bryte to jump on the track and join him on stage for his most auspicious World Rat Day gig. Within a few days Bryte had written, recorded and returned the verse with his fierce technique and blazing heat, leaving T.R. to polish and lock down the production.
Bryte’s Rakim-esque verse flexes on the ferocity of Hip Hop lyrical form, focusing on the relationship between an artist and the inherent competitive spirit:
“For me, the song puts lyrical skill and battle culture underneath a magnifying glass, using heated analogies to boastfully describe my superior vocabulary strength and delivery techniques ... it’s one of my most technically robust songs to date."
