ASEC is back on his self-titled imprint with five mesmerising techno cuts featuring remixes from PoleGroup’s Kwartz and Soma’s Temudo.

ASEC is a Berlin-based artist and label project centred around raw, yet hypnotic dancefloor-oriented electronic music. To Berlin via Manchester, ASEC’s productions focus on tension and release with tracks that build momentum and intensity. As a Producer, Live Act and DJ, ASEC delivers his driving and expansive electronic music vision, consisting of dark textures, idiosyncratic melodies and dynamic drum sounds. With releases exclusively on his label, ASEC’s tracks have acquired support from household names like Marcel Dettmann, Slam, Henning Baer and SNTS resulting in a live show debut at Tresor in 2020.

‘Small Collisions’ kicks off with elastic synths shimmering off the resounding kicks and crunchy modulations before ‘High Tool’ maneuverers between hypnotic atmospheres and dark, ominous textures balanced with ghostly pads and thudding percussion with emphatic frequencies. Up next, Looping transcendental rhythms, gloopy fx and entrancing leads peppered with undulating minimalism takes focus in the ‘F Brexit’.

Madrid-based artist and PoleGroup, Mord, Semantica and Warm Up affiliate Kwartz delivers a pounding remix of ‘Small Collisions’ as the carnivorous percussion bounces with the raw oscillations, fizzing, industrial components and dramatic machine sonics. Temudo is part of a new generation of techno artists with releases on Soma, Modularz, Clergy, Synewave and more, rounds off in exquisite style with a swinging interpretation of ‘High Tool’ fusing ripping rhythms, frazzled soundscapes and penetrating textures.

Keanu Raves is back with his most slamming and varied release for Club Unique to date: Don’t @ My Drum Machine. 

The title track sees Positiva-esque leads and drums meet a growling 303 bass line for a no-nonsense dance floor workout. On Cosmic Jam, Keanu dreams of an intergalactic rave on board the Discovery One, but it sounds like his drum machine isn’t the only sentient machine on this trip! 

Spring Breaka finds a sturdy 4 to the floor rhythm paired with insistent rave stabs and vocal chops to form a punishing club tool. Closing out the EP is Clubman Stage Route 5, a euphoric slow burner best suited for a weekend drive into the sunset.

Producer & DJ Mall Grab has announced his new EP ‘How The Dogs Chill, Vol. 1’, on his brand new imprint ‘Looking For Trouble.’  

The new release arrives ahead of Mall Grab’s upcoming ‘Looking For Trouble' tour, including a London headline show on 6th October at E1.

The 25 year old’s latest record follows one of last summer’s biggest house releases - 'Pool Party Music’ on DJ Haus’s ever-excellent Hot Haus Recs, as well as a collaborative EP earlier this year alongside Loods on Steel City Dance Discs, the label he runs with his friends Jarred Kennedy and Jackson Fitzsimmons. Having emerged in 2015 with the infectious ‘Feel U’ EP, the strength and evolution of Jordon’s productions has firmly established him as one of dance music’s most exciting talents.

The new EP arrives in the middle of another busy period for Mall Grab.  Having played well over 100 shows in the last year, he just curated the London event Long Live Southbank - a one off fundraiser party supporting the restoration of Southbank’s hallowed Undercroft skate space, which was streamed by Boiler Room. Having grown up skateboarding the event’s cause was a particularly special one for Jordon. About to embark on his much anticipated ‘Looking For Trouble’ tour throughout September and October and with more shows through November & December in Japan and Australia, Mall Grab will close out 2018 on a high.

Berlin based producer, dj masja makes music with a distinctly lo-fi aesthetic. Whilst he has produced lo-fi house tunes thus far, as is evident on his SoundCloud page, dj masja opts for a change in tempo on his latest single - 'aura'. 

Set at 150 bpm, 'aura' features raw, fast paced drums paired with a melodic riff soaked in reverb and squiggly sounds, resulting in a pleasant listening experience, reminiscent of the coast.

Xenon is a DJ/ Producer based in Berlin, Germany, who is focusing his sound around the darker side of the music spectrum. Having already released on large labels in the scene, such as DSCI4, Delta9 and T3K, you can be sure that he's definitely one to be keeping your eye out for. With his love for hypnotic patterns and fast grooves, Xenon is really pushing the boundaries between Drum & Bass and Techno allowing him to explore the depths of what these two genres together can achieve. This can be seen all through his production and Toxic Desire is no exception.

Incoming! Today we premiere a brand new track from SMU, aka Sean Murphy on  Four Four Mag, as we host his brand new track titled 'Bismuth', which is a high energy fast paced trance infused techno banger.

If you're not familiar with SMU aka Sean Murphy, SMU is an emerging talent breaking into the scene from Kilkenny. The 24 year old has been working on his craft for the last seven years, focusing his energy into the faster end of the techno spectrum.  

With a collection of excellent releases on Subwoofer Records, Industrial Techno United & Coup to name a few, plus a heap of self released tracks via his own channels, SMU has had a rapid start to his career as a  producer, as his brand of 145+ BPM high energy techno releases continue to flow.

A heavy influence of listening to trance, hard house and hardstlye throughout his teenage years, is seen within his productions and sets, with thumping kicks, harsh acid lines and big leads being the forefront of his sound.  

With recent inspiration coming from producers who incorporate the trancey techno sound along with some acid in their music. To name a few: LAVEN, Hephaistos, YA, JKS, LULU, Trym, Viper Diva.
