His work focuses on gathering and weaving found sound with acoustics.
His use of electro-acoustics creates a delicate atmosphere, immersing the listener in a web of sound that subtly shifts and scatters.

Once we are even marginally separated from what we can touch, the object is sanctified; it acquires the beauty of the unattainable, the quality of the miraculous. "What was a crucial sonic experience in your life?"
My earliest memory of sound is perhaps the most vivid. I'm not sure I believe in the accuracy of early memories, but this single memory hangs in my psyche with great persistence. I am sitting near to the top of the stairs in my childhood home, I am perhaps six years old. Where the stairs bend to meet the top floor there is a small landing with a grandfather clock. This clock is shrouded in fascination for me even now. I am trying to copy the chime that rings on the hour with the strings of my classical guitar. Finding this simple note brings me endless joy.
