A gritty and provocative alt-rap track that explores themes of spirituality, ego-death, rebirth, dark femininity and morality. 

Experimenting with a fiercer side of her artistry on ‘Devils and Angels’, Kahreign does not hold back lyrically. Her bars articulate a narrative of experiencing manipulation in her young journey within the music industry, all while trying to remain grounded in her spirituality and the fight against a lower vibration, metaphorically ‘the devil’. Seeing the number 333 is a frequent occurrence in her lyricism, tracing back to it as a symbol and reminder of the 'mind, body and spirit’ trifecta. 

Speaking on her intention behind the project Kahreign states that: “The song, the visuals, it's all about a battle against my lower self. People see the word ‘Devil’ and run. I wanted to create a project that can open up a conversation about confronting your personal demons rather than hiding them away. I think it's when we don't allow this expression that our ‘devils’ have power over us. This project to me was a gateway to release, to re-emergence, and enlightenment

Biography:
Tobija Wilson is a 25-year-old Manchester artist. He studied Music Technology at The Manchester College, exploring musical composition & musical transformations. 
In 2022, Tobija hosted 'Monday Mic Night' at @ContactMCR; for singers, rappers, poets and spoken word artists with guests and industry contacts attending regularly. Featuring rap battles, rap games such as the famous Freestyle Pyramid Competition with quirky and cash prizes this is an event for all things lyrical.  
He is also 1/5 member of the @NoSpaceMCR collective.
