Having been initiated into the world of psychedelia via the likes of the incredible 'Mystery of the Yeti', 'Are You Shpongled?' and 'Blumenkraft' sometime around mid '05, I began playing around with software to see if I could come up with my own audible hallucinations... So, here's my set from the Chillout Gardens at #Boomfestival 2016. So exciting to play there for the first time, a beautiful and crazy experience..!  This was a 12:00 - 14:00 set in the crazy sunshine (shaded..) for some context.. :) Also, in the interests of openness, this is a backup of my set, as I couldn't record the actual set, due to technical issues (and even had to rely on this backup at times). Still, it all come out OK and we shared a magical 2 hours....!! I hope you can find some of that magic here... X

"The original track is at once one of my personal favourite and most popular Mr Squatch pieces. It was always at the deeper end of my sound and the goal of the "Deep Space Remix" was to see how much deeper it could go. It is the only track I've written in the last few years and took over a year to complete it, with short blocks of studio time slotted in between travel and work. I'm totally stoked to have the support of all the other artists on this release who have all taken the track in their own wondrous and unique directions.
