EP: Yohualtlapitzalli – The Nocturnal Whistle 
is a sonic offering born from the meeting point between the night and the memory, ancestral echoes and contemporary pulses. Yohualyeliztli — a Nahuatl word evoking the lived experience of the night — lends its name to this ritual encounter between two sister cultures: Mesoamerica and Abya Yala.

Through percussion, poetry in Nahuatl, and traditional wind instruments, Tocani shapes soundscapes that do more than honor ceremony — they reimagine it as a living, breathing language. Each track is a threshold: one toward the roots, the other toward transformation.
