Next up is Oakland, California based disk jockey Patrick Lotilla AKA @ DJ Patrick. Over the years DJ Patrick has cemented himself as a regular within the Oakland house scene. When he isn’t DJ’ing you’ll find him digging for groovy little numbers and uploading them to his youtube channel bop40, which, specialises in curating rare downtempo, street soul, boogie, house and other similar sounds. Wax Cast 004 - DJ Patrick

Todays Wax was born out of an appreciation for eclectic styles of music. In 2020 we started an Instagram account with the sole purpose of sharing music from across the globe. This has varied from house and disco through to funk, soul and breakbeat.

In 2021 we launch the first of our mix series titled 'Wax Cast' a monthly mix featuring handpicked artists.
