This is the second track off of my 8th album, Through The Dark You Can See The Light, called "Put Me Back On Solid Ground." its mostly an acoustic song including mandolin. I play all the instruments as always. The lyrics have a religious flavor to them.

This is the most recent song I've written. It plans on being the sixth song on my next album as long as I don't write a better song in the key of B. Unfortunately since I have Cancer death is always on my mind. Since i have had it for 3 years and I am still here, I am grateful, but the presence of death at my back door is always looming. Just got to keep my head up and keep fighting Leukemia.

03 What Do You Want

This is the Fourth Track of my Tenth album and its been a long time coming.   I just finished it today 9-14-12. Its a song about surviving cancer or not. Hope you enjoy it!

From Now On

lastest song I've written as of 10/18/12. Finished the recording today. its about the constant loop of being sick and not being sick due to the after affects of leukemia and a Bone Marrow Transplant. it encompasses what are the important things you think about even if that includes death.

Loop Through The Fire

This is the first song I wrote after being diagnosed with Cancer (Leukemia). It shows how much love I have for my girl and how much I will always love her.

02 I Am All Of Me

My name is Todd Fields. I live in Lexington, Ky. I have been writing songs since 1999, however I've never been in a band before. whether i've just not met the right people or the opportunity has just never arose, I don't know. 

I play all the instruments in the songs posted here except for the drums. The drums are edited loops. I feel like I could play any instrument as long as I could get my hands on it for at least a month. 

I've written over nine albums worth of material. probably close to 150 songs that I can play back to you. I've never had the opportunity to release them to the  public until I found Soundcloud about a month ago. So thanks to soundcloud I'll be able to display my work to the world.

I'll probably try to release at least one song a week for a while until they have all had their run. I thank anyone who listens very much. It means a lot to me that people at least get to hear what i've slaved over. I am a slave to music and may my soul carry that burden for the rest of my life.
