This song is pretty self explanatory by the name. But to break it down fast food, alcohol, weed, cigarettes/vape, gambling and even cutting yourself to some people is a drug. And no one should shame a person for what they pick unless it it is brining harm to them. Which it’s also complicated because most of the addictions we have do. I been struggling with mental health my whole life and been in and out of IOP’s for my mental health. I take a lot of strong medication and realized threw the time that group or individual sessions can help you find where the real problem is coming from, and is usually from past trauma events and is the best thing to talk to someone you can trust.
