Honing his skills in the highly influential scene and sound of Chicago in the early 90s, DJ Hyperactive gained instant international recognition and has since gone on to play the most legendary and lauded events and venues over the last 20 years, such as Orbit/ Leeds, Liquid Room/ Tokyo, Love Parade/ Berlin, Shelter & Smart Bar/ Chicago, Interface/ Los Angeles, Movement/ Detroit, Basement & Output/ Brooklyn, Tresor & Berghain/ Berlin and the list doesn’t stop there.  Also, over the course of his career, he has produced over 100 remixes and original tracks, including classics such as ‘Venus’ & ‘Wide Open’/ Missile, ‘25HRs’/ Droid, “Music Box”/ 4Trk, “Reptilian Tank” & “Chicago”/Contact, Drop Bass, Communique, Hybrid, Truncate, Figure, Plus 8, CLR, Blank Code, Impact Mechanics, Illegal Alien, to name a few.  DJ Hyperactive returned to Chicago 2013 to reconnect with his family and musical roots.  His story continues with the difference being the experience and perspective that only a true veteran can possess. Keeping it fresh no matter what.

Bosnian-born, Sweden-based producer and jockey Sev Dah has been carving a niche truly personal and distinctive into techno’s growingly standardized on and off-stage realm. Boss of his own imprint, Proletarijat, with releases for Mote-Evolver, Random Island or K S R under his belt, Sev has been pushing wares both entrancingly hi-NRG (a nod to the early Schranz heroes) and ruggedly abrasive. The result is an effervescing mishmash of rabid uptempo drives, screwed melodies and fiery rhythmic grids, ready to leave all ravers knocked askew.

Stephen has also offered huge contributions to the Los Angeles scene by organizing events under the Cognition brand, which he co-founded in 2017, and through his involvement with H2Audio, a premier LA based sound company. 2023 sparked a new chapter with the launch of Conundrum Records, showcasing Stephen’s unique sound as well as bringing on like-minded peers in the scene for releases and label showcases.
