Three hour mix I put together to keep my best friend Amy mOOving along during her 2016 Hood To Coast legs. With Amy's permission, and per the request of a few of you who've heard it, I'm posting so others can enjoy. 

I don't get many opportunities to play these days so while it may not be my best technical showcase, the programming is pretty stellar, IMHO. It burns easily for the first 20 minutes or so and then gets the f*ck after it for the rest of Volume 1. Volume 2 goes a bit deeper/moodier/techier and then closes on an upswing going into Volume 3 which is a hands-in-the-air killer.

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I am right this minute. As always, I welcome and appreciate your feedback.  It may just prove to be the juice I need to do a bit more of this in 2017 and beyond.  Be well.
