"I’ve really been digging these older records I’ve got from like '98 - '03 that are sitting in this little sweet spot between tech house and techno. They have a real repetitive trancey vibe to them but in an off kilter kind of way. I wanted to mix these together with some more understated tunes that I have that I don’t get to play so much. I’ve really been loving these more moody tracks and b side vibe productions at the moment - probably a reflection of my own mood because of the weather in Melbourne at the moment, but it’s nice to get a chance to give these records a run that might be too challenging or moody for a summer dance floor full of smiles. As always there’s a mix of old and new, but it’s all on the same tip."

She runs her own party and mix series, Slow Burn which carried us through lockdown days. Gab's mixes range from the most lush and meditative ambient moods (we've rinsed her Waxflower and Hope St mixes like no tomorrow), through to juicy minimal bangers and chunky tekky flavours. This mix is a beautiful journey through Gab's collection of deep and trance-inducing dub techno, perfect for your lazy summer afternoon. Thanks again for this one Gab <3

Zoltan Doübious and Leeds based record label On Rotation collaborate on a graphic product and mix series.

Co-founded by Chris I’Anson, Adam Pits & Lisene, On Rotation has become home to a spectrum of forward thinking productions which encapsulate a range of electronic genres. 

Taking inspiration from the outer-cosmic, the inner-self and the digi-natural, the graphic tee takes design cues from the label’s releases while also being heavily influenced by the trio's intoxicating mixing styles.
 
Using fluorescent and metallic inks the graphic tee pops on the dance floor while the three part mix series takes us on a downtempo voyage through each co-founder’s slowed down selections.
