URS//16052022 is an improvised Techno Live jam with my hardware gear. Simplicity is the keyword in this jam.
A steady bassline, with a 4 to the floor kick, accompanied by the "usual" percussion sounds here and there, sets the foundation. The short sequenced melody lines loops and plays up against each other, creating a bouncing vibe with the bassline.

Lichtblick

Getting a new instrument is always an inspiration. So when I got hold of a battered Roland stringer from the Seventies, this came out - as a nod to the Düsseldorfer guys: M. Rother, Dinger Brothers, W. Riechmann and B. Staiger.

Simple Mess

A new genre of music may just have been born... Electro-Reggae-New Wave. Or maybe it's just yet another exotic planet in the wild and wacky universe that is Personal Playground. The lyrics are a product of a seemingly random exchange of lines between Mad Midge and his younger brother, Pod, which apparently examplifes the old adage that "great minds think alike". Once again MirrorMind takes firm hold of the baton and carries it securely over the finishing  line to certain victory.

Born and raised in Rønne/Bornholm. Got my first synth and drum-machine when I was sixteen in 1984, and started making music back then. Now living i Roskilde, spending much time in my studio called The MirrorMind Cave. My composing is a parallel of ambient soundtracks , and steady-pulsing melodic electronica.
