Sarayu is a Bangkok-based DJ, producer, label owner, and vinyl collector with over 13 years in the dance music industry. Alongside DOTT, he co-founded and curates More Rice Records and the More Rice Records Store, a pioneering platform at the heart of Asia’s dance music movement.

His debut EP, Pridi 303, launched on More Rice to critical acclaim, and he’s since released music on labels like Boiled Wonderland, with several new projects slated for 2024. Often hailed as a “DJ’s DJ,” Sarayu infuses his UK-driven sound—rooted in house, techno, and breakbeat—with diverse subgenres, delivering sets that resonate with both underground aficionados and international crowds. Regularly touring Asia and beyond, he remains a key architect of Thailand’s vibrant dance floor culture.

Memory Index 3035 is part of an ongoing series of sonic explorations that will eventually become an EP. In this piece, I continue to delve into the psychoacoustics of noise modulated by rhythm, and how this tension creates a perceptual need for melody. What fascinates me most is that these melodies don’t actually exist — they emerge from each listener’s unique auditory universe, built through personal memory and perception.

Microhm is the experimental electronic music project of Mexican artist Leslie García. Her work fuses electroacoustic and electronics, with avant-garde sound design, creating immersive compositions that explore rhythm, distortion, and psychoacoustics. With releases on labels like Infinite Machine and Terminal, Microhm has carved out a distinct voice in the experimental club scene. Her performances and DJ sets blend emotional intensity with conceptual depth, offering deep sonic experiences. Microhm is a laboratory of sound where technology, affect, and speculation converge.

As the co founder of More Rice records he has been pivotal in releasing music from locals and broadening the reach of music from Thailand. Mexico City rhythm maestro OMAAR lands on Infinite Machine for his latest missive, Neo Form: five tracks of skeletal, relentless drum workouts.

His sound has never been more optimized than here, as if all his usual elements of UK Funky, Hard Drum, Jungle and Techno had been distilled into a powerful, crystalline concoction primed for the dancefloor.

These tracks are not meant for home listening, but any DJ worth their salt will recognize their immediate power: every last drop of impact and effect has been squeezed from each element, every new hi-hat or hand percussion heightens the intensity of the loop. The tracks are the opposite of progressive; they seem content to stay where they are and placidly explore the grooves’ every crevice and nook.

Was it just me or OMAAR's 'Progressive Tribes' was one of the standout tracks of the previous decade? Fusing the raw intensity of hard drum with Mexican producer's percussive finesse, it certainly hit all the right notes to be a DJs' favourite club tool. Years went by and OMAAR kept on delivering the rumbling goodies, regularly enriching the catalogue of NAAFI with his trademark sound.  Now, he turns to Infinite Machine for his latest release which sees the usual relentless drum workouts mix with elements of jungle, uk funky and hard drum.
