Been a longtime fan of Rae's lyrics on his second album. Now to be honest following up the purplr tape was an exercise in futility for ANYONE. However i always felt that his rhymes had elevated. Same way that Wu had eveolved on Forver vs 36. Compae Decks Spider man reference on protect ya neck to the infamous I bomb atomically line to understand whre im coming from. Rae was no exception to this rule. I've always wanted to remix this album and when i finally got the vocals this one was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I pulled out the sp 404 and 202 and FL Studio and proceeded to lock in. Took like a month to flip this cause i was in between other projects.

Supreme respect due to Raekwon, Ghost, Meth, Deck, Masta, Polite, Coop, Mike D, Big Bub and Kim Stephens for all the elements they brought to make this remix album possible.
