I wrote this song in 2022 for “you”. Those of you who have supported me throughout everything. I also had people that relied on me quite heavily for support. I was losing sense of self from trying to be the pillar of strength for too many people. This song is sayin’ don’t say you’re sorry if you aren’t. Don’t keep falling under and crawling back just to ask for help and never use it. I lost friends and lost myself at the same time. Sometimes we wish emotions were optional.
