Occultists is excited to announce the latest episode of our Occult Rituals Podcast series. We've decided to start this podcast series to give our artists, remixers, and industry friends a platform to share their musical ritual with us. This gives the artist the freedom to tell their story without genre constraints. The only requirement is that the mix must tell a story of their ritual.

For our twenty-sixth edition our label high priest James Demon returns to the podcast series after delivering the very first episode at the beginning of the series. LESHI-LEŞHI-ლეში - is Industrial / Ritual and Experimental Noise Duo formed by Tolga Baklacioglu ( Turkey ) and Keren Batok ( Georgia ) .  On July 23 they premiered their first composition as a project after collaborating on two tracks - Secret Doctrine and Writing Under The Rain .

Tolga - one of the key figures symbolizing Turkish techno, Tolga Baklacioglu is an artist pursing his musical journey in a steady-state flow, progresses, evolves, and challenges both in his studio and on stage. Besides being an associate professor in aeronautical engineering at the faculty of aeronautics and astronautics, he has been steadily building a body of work that explores the outer boundaries where techno and abstract textures merge and blur since a long time. Recently, Tolga has become an artist of Berlin’s Tailored Communication and started making international collaborations and releasing works with several artists including Keren Batok (Georgia), Darja Kazimira (Latvia), Dagmar Gertot (St. Petersburg), Dee Grinski (Moscow), MAYa (New York), Victoria Keddie (New York), KLEFT (Glasgow), Caline with C (The Hague), Chrysa Tsaltampasi (Greece), Ece Ozey (Berlin), Victoria Mussi (Paraguay). His collaborative Your Secret Face lp album with Dee Grinski has dispatched from crumbling power station cooling towers where each sound is caked with concrete, shrouded in a mesh of whirring mechanical sounds. On the other hand, Tolga and MAYa’s Kına double lp album has been reviewed by the renowned The Wire Magazine and is something of a slow burner but reveals itself as a wonderful distillation of their disparate approaches where MAYa's effortlessly cool vocals and delivery are energised by Tolga's relentless beats and abstract textures, which bridges Tolga's industrial and techno infused rhythms with MAYa's more evocative atmospheric work and her vocals pitched somewhere between Nico and Leslie Winer.

A professional flute musician by way of background, Errorbeauty gradually became drawn to electronic music’s intricately textured soundscapes - more specifically the broken, aggressive shades of Detroit Electro. 

Errorbeauty’s work continues to evolve and offers listeners a distinct reflection of Motor City’s relationship with the genre whilst demonstrating her own unique perspective of Electro, which brought her twice to the legendary Tresor Club for Berlin Atonal.

Last year she performed at Berlin's well respected underground event series Skizze in OHM as well as Bold, Exquisite Berlin and Disobedient Circumstance at Suicide Circus Berlin.
Together with XOR12, she launched the new electro/techno record label Arkada Records. The first EP featuring T15DM and Errobeauty herself was released on July 15th 2018 and the second EP on her label Arkada Records, a split vinyl EP featuring Autosim and Serge Geyzel which has been released on 15th of March 2019.

Errorbeauty has recently released  a bomb electro-acid 12" on Zodiak Commune Records together with Serge Geyzel and johnfaustus called Escape from Andromeda (ZC-ELEC001). She released also a digital Electro-Acid colab with Serge Geyzel on Outlaw303 called Bloody Rocket Scientists EP.
