"Ireen Amnes – ‘Faus Nova’ explores the continuum of protest, from outward rebellion, the impotence of feeling voiceless, to turning inward, breaking taboos and escaping the society that controls, that one could not control.

Ireen Amnes is a producer, DJ and founder of the London collective Under My Feet. Her hardware and DJ sets are moody and unpredictable, often exploring different mixtures of intensity. Ireen has releases on labels as diverse as Tales Collective, Metempsychosis Records, KOMBINAT, and is releasing her second EP on the Berlin-based label Instruments of Discipline. Ireen defines music as a liberation of emotions and expression of her state of mind. For this reason, every single composition represents a different journey driven by these motives, keeping a distinct sound without conforming to particular styles. Ireen has shared stages across Europe with Paula Temple, Vatican Shadow, SNTS, Tommy Four Seven, Ancient Methods, Thomas P Heckmann, Hiro Kone and Death in Vegas. Her track “My Mind is Broken” has also been featured on Vatican Shadow’s mix ‘Berghain 09’."

Born deep in rural Poland, Polanski's music draws inspiration from the organic sounds of nature conveyed in the form of musical language of our digital era. His style is known to be eclectic and indeed his DJ approach is sensitive to particular venues and club nights. The name derives from the Old East Slavic word поле, which means "field" or "plain". The Polans were a Slavic tribe who gave a foundation to forming Poland around 8th century.

Unique as a performer, he always takes his audience on a personal journey - a sonical walk in the forest so to speak. It is the emotional drive more than the musical genres themselves that seals the journey together. 
Constantly shifting his sound, Polanski has evolved over the last 18 years as a DJ. His ever-developing style and production techniques have given a new dimension to his sound.

2013 saw the birth of 🇧​🇱​🇦​🇳​🇨​ - a forward-thinking electronic dance night, it redefines the format of clubbing by stripping down elements of a show, concentrating on situating the DJ on the dance floor. The music and the audience take control of the room.

Currently hosted at Electrowerkz, the night has created a perfect platform to showcase up-and-coming local and international talent, as well as Polanski himself, often road-testing his own music and experimenting with new DJing techniques.
