Two covert humans speak openly and urgently in nature, assuming that nobody around can hear them. Yet there are trees abound, overhearing, sensing and sharing energies, discretely undercover. Humans often take for granted that we might be the only truly intelligent beings alive, yet the entire sum of the rest of nature is our equal. Trees, and their vast underground communications network of roots, are one of the stoic guardians and messengers of the planet. Respect and nurture them, for most of them will long outlive us.
