DJ Shnootz discovered acid techno, acid trance, hardcore, and rave parties in late ’96, bought his first set of turntables in ’98, and played a couple dozen events in the LA/southern California rave-scene between late ’99 and 2003, and then began posting mixes online a few years after that (~2008). These days, he plays the occasional party-set and posts mixes in numerous styles on his YouTube (including his favorite series, the Ambient Excursion), as well as video-reactions to all kinds of music, including acid techno, acid trance, hardcore, melodic trance, etc. He also maintains a SoundCloud channel.
