its been a year since it all happened - n im not gonna lie it doesnt really get any easier, atleast hasnt yet. ya kinda just learn how to predict and cope. life still feels like a crappy fever dream that wont ever end, but i still try to keep goin on my own. i wrote this song the night i heard about what happened which helped give me an outlet to kinda exist for the initial few days. kinda just wrote what came to me at the time while goin through our memories - tried to pay some hommage to what we used to listen to n have chill nights to. while makin this it felt like a battle with myself and the emotions i was feeling, which i kinda think was portrayed by the progression, but idunno. id give anything to be able to hang with ya again. hope youre up there in spectator mode somewhere watchin down, im tryin my best. love you man, miss you everyday.
