🎵 Tala Berg liebt charmante Dark Tunes und fluffigen Bounce. Dabei sind ihre Sets stets wie sie selbst, warmherzig und immer für eine Umarmung zu haben. Auf der anderen Seite sind sie auch impulsiv, energiegeladen und zeitweise dark. Von Down- über Midtempo und Indie Dance bis hin zu Peaktime und dann wieder zurück zum treibenden Afterhoursound.
Tala Berg hat ihre Wurzeln in München und mittlerweile ist sie auch über die Landesgrenzen hinweg zu hören und zu sehen. Mit ihrem Feingefühl und Gespür für Crowd Control versetzt sie selbst steife Hüften in Schwingung und lässt die Hintern wackeln.

Bio:

An Alex Volta führt in München aktuell kein Weg vorbei. Innerhalb weniger Jahre hat er in der Szene in seiner Heimatstadt bereits bemerkenswerte Wellen geschlagen und ihr seinen ganz eigenen Stempel aufgedrückt. In seinen Sets vermischen sich Afro House, Indie Dance und Melodic Techno zu einem unverwechselbaren Sound, der auch schon international Aufmerksamkeit erregt hat.
Auch kulturell engagiert sich der Münchner kräftig - zum Beispiel als Mitbegründer des Sound Salon, einer DJ- und Producer-Community, die aufstrebenden Künstler*innen eine Plattform zum Lernen, zum Austausch und für erste Performances bietet.
Sein "Melodic Tribal Techno" hört man langsam aber sicher auf immer mehr Club- und Festival-Bühnen Deutschlands und darüber hinaus, und das ist erst der Anfang dieser vielversprechenden Geschichte. Unbedingt reinhören!

GIT Podcast Session 123 # Alex Volta Into The Mix

It was a huge honor to give my Berlin debut at Beate Uwe, a well-known and intimate club close to Jannowitzbrücke, to which I got invited to play by my dear friend @dnesto. Their Velvet Kitchen collective runs Sonic Serving, a party where dancers can "expect floating melodies, driving bass orbits, and energetic sound rockets from the spheres of Progressive House, Tech House, and Afro House. Together, [the dancers] will explore unknown planets, dance through star nebulae, and let cosmic frequencies carry them through different dimensions."

I immediatly resonated with this theme and created this Sonic Experience that navigates fluidly between various genres and sound spheres. Tom has been openly experimenting with sonic styles and textures. “Family” explores multiple movements in its nine minute running time, beginning with a deep groove that steadily builds into layers of synthesized bliss. Tom also supplies a Short Cut version that edits a few minutes from the original, offering a more direct but just as hypnotic ride. “Family” is deep house at its finest and a track to sweeten your day.
