A Feeling Of Goodness

This is a remix for one of my older pieces, "Close the Doors". The remix gives another aspect to the original song, which I believe reflects best the direction my sound has started to get lately. Peace and love to everyone :)

"Wasteland" is a tribute to all these people lost from both sides, in the land of Gaza. Through this system of sounds, I've tried to depict the criminalities of war and the catastrophe it brings along. "Wasteland" also condemns the "out of sight, out of mind" attitude, that is widespread around the world.

This is my latest track and the first of a series of pieces, that I am working on. My concept is the combination of Eastern music with the Western one. As a result, "Cretan Dance" is written on a typical Cretan time signature, using elements of Western music. All this, is a part of a music genre that I envision, World Ambient.

"For Her Smile" is my latest work,a minimal classical piece of music one could say. I believe that it can be called cinematic, as it creates various pictures in one's imagination.

These two tracks are two separate ones. "Vartanian Song" is a relaxing, chill piece, dedicated to a beloved one. "Floating" is a track with plenty of different layers, which give the impression of actually floating together with the sounds.

This is Tom Courage, from Greece. I've been playing both classical and electric guitar for 6 years, and I've been exploring the magic of recording and producing music. I'm here in Soundcloud to listen to other people's music, inspire and be inspired, and, of course, promote my music a little bit. I ve always had as a central inspiration John Frusciante, Johnny Marr and Jonny Greenwood in terms of soloing, but I generally try to have a different source of inspiration every time I sit down to make music. Other inspirations are Joy Division, Bauhaus, Radiohead in general, Bon Iver, Gotye, Smiths and Cypress Hill some times. I believe a musician should always broaden his musical mind, by listening to different genres of music and find different inspiration. So, this is all for me I guess. Peace and love to everyone! :)
