I got invited by the lovely Absurdoom Gathering to play a spicy and driving Live Techno Set filled with hypnotic melodies, psychedelic sound design and gnarly acid sounds! I've put a lot of work into this one, maybe about 30 hours? It was definitely worth it though and I will do it again definitely ;)

**DXRKSPIRAL** (pronounced *Dark‑spiral*) is the musical project of Mexican producer **Kevin Mata**, a sonic exploration that dives far beneath the surface into the depths of the self. Blending psytech, techno, psytrance, and minimal over more than six years of production, he crafts hypnotic soundscapes for introspective listeners.

The name **DXRKSPIRAL** draws on the spiral symbol—long associated with life and its cycles—to suggest that dark or traumatic experiences also carry valuable lessons, capable of transforming into beauty and growth. Rather than shunning the shadows, DXRKSPIRAL embraces them as an essential part of the spiritual journey.

Releases on **Dark Synth Recordings** and **Soliq Records**, plus guest mixes for **Tiefdruck**, **Plazma Records**, and **Music4Aliens**, have marked his path through the underground scene. He has opened for acts such as Cosmic Energy, Durs, Who Knows, and Almost Famous, solidifying a reputation built on authenticity.
