The label took its name from Nookies record store amd gave us some of the biggest tracks of 1992. From Return of the Donut to Here comes Bod to Its not Over, Daddy Armshouse gave us massive piano breakbeat bangers to the slightly darker style of Crumbs on my Technics & Man Sh*t Dead, Nokkie was at the forefront of the hardcore movement but you can still hear the sound that he took in to the jungle scene.
So here we are in the 21st century taking you back to the early days of rave, before the music scene split, when the phrase One Love reigned supreme!

Some tales themselves trace their roots back to ancient and medieval Arabic, Egyptian, Indian, Persian, Greek, Jewish, and Mesopotamian[3] folklore and literature. In particular, many tales were originally folk stories from the Abbasid and Mamluk eras, while others, especially the frame story, are most probably drawn from the Pahlavi Persian work Hezār Afsān (Persian: هزار افسان, lit. A Thousand Tales), which in turn relied partly on Indian elements
