Massive MASSIVE respect to all the Ozmozis/Toika crew in Toronto for making this 20th anniversary event (#TWENTY) such an extremely special night for me, I still can't get over how open minded (and CRAZY) you all were dancing to rave/acid/house/techno/hardcore/trance tracks from 1989-2014 that ranged from 120-165bpm...and from 10pm all the way through until 4am!! From the bottom of my heart I sincerely THANK YOU ALL!! :)

Thirteen years in the game and counting, UK bass legends Stanton Warriors, aka Bristol’s Mark Yardley and Dominic Butler, get ready to release their highly anticipated new EP "The Bones", ahead of a new artist album slated for release early next year.  

Their first official release in nearly a year, Stanton Warriors have been holed up in the studio crafting yet another fresh, new sound that ensures the duo continue to remain at the forefront of dance music.   A taster of what's to come, The Bones EP benefits from crazy, booming, bassy sonics designed to completely tear a system apart, as shown during Stanton Warriors sets across the international club and festival circuit this year, from Ultra to SW4.

Described by the duo themselves as "stripped down, bass- heavy beats", The Bones EP is new, exciting and fresh, but with the quality bass sound we’ve all come to know and love from Stanton Warriors; heralding yet another new juncture, whilst simultaneously defining the big club sound of 2014 and beyond.

Most of you already know that I celebrated my 20th year as a DJ last year and to celebrate this milestone in my career, I played a few very exclusive #TWENTY DJ sets around the world. These sets consisted of some of my absolute favourite tracks that i've either danced my ass off to in a club, or played out as a DJ. I promised you all last year that I was going to record a series of mixes as well, so after a long LONG time of sourcing the music, editing it all and putting it into some kind of order, here is Volume 1 that covers the time period of 1989 - 1992...better late than never eh!! 99.9% of the music has been taken from CD's (or bought online as WAV's/MP3's) to make it the best possible sound recording that I could get, I think there are only 2 vinyl rips on here. I've also listed the year beside each track to let you see when it was released. I hope you enjoy it guys, there will be more to come - cheeeeeers!!  :)
