The Shala is closing its physical space for the time being. But this sacred space lives in all of us. This is what our practice has prepared us for: with compassion, mindfulness and generosity we remain connected to each other and the world around us.
This is not a time to hoard. This is a time to give.
Let´s open our hearts more and  make our practice utterly inclusive of all beings. 
Although we may have to keep physical distance at this moment, in our hearts we move closer together than ever before.
