It has been over 3 years since I actually uploaded a mix, & I would like to give an explanation.

Firstly, I did not give up DJ-ing & producing, although for a period of time, the world stopped, & I was definitely more private during those times. I moved tangible aspects of my life forward, including my coding ability & in 2021 home ownership, but as I was advancing, in other aspects I was regressing, one such area being my confidence levels & unwillingness to forgive myself for personal shortcomings. Perhaps being a coder that hyper fixates over all the details especially before launch is an archetype that greatly clashes with me as a DJ, for one can't redeploy a DJ set, especially since I do not have set lists & emphasize mixing by feeling (backed by practice, music theory, & the like).

All while I've been really hard on myself & as I started venturing out again, people showed me overwhelming kindness, encouraged me to upload my sets & share my music... & I really do appreciate this. & the funny part about all of this is that I logically know I am a better DJ now than I was pre 2020, I find myself in a place surrounded by wonderful people, & perhaps it's about time I stop waiting until I achieve levels of near perfection at the edge of infinity.

So anyways, here is one of my (successfully) recorded sets [let's not talk about the times this did not happen] waiting to be uploaded... a morning set which brought me out of my typical comfort zone, that for a number of reasons I felt was a trial of sorts that I passed, where I received positive feedback from someone I really respect & wasn't expecting it from, so even though this wasn't executed with robotic perfection, here is an expression of spontaneity.
