My prize possession in my end of year portfolio. 'Mary's Eyes' is one of my favourite songs that I've mixed, mastered and recorded. Armstrong's version is the cut down, thick-layered, guitar heavy rock song about a struggling relationship from the perspective of the boyfriend. My remix incorporates harmonies and vocal lines from the girlfriend. This version is also the full 4:40 odd recording with creative uses of filtering throughout.
