Au centre de l'étoile à cinq branches que forme Le monde des Fleurs se tient le grand Irminsul. Un arbre dont il n'est possible de distinguer que les branches basses, les plus hautes côtoyant les cieux, au-dessus des nuages. On raconte que jadis, après l'invasion des Carnivoras, Irminsul aurait jailli de l'antre de la planète, pour veiller sur les années à venir. A son pied, une hutte. Elle abriterait le Landscapes Dessinateur. Personne ne s'en est jamais approché.

“You know it's true, don't you?" You know it's true, sometimes emotions can be darn unsettling and disturbing – as they flow deep down our consciousness uncovering fears, thoughts and feelings. Yes, if we're focused too much on our personal hedonistic euphorias, sometimes we lose that... It gets lost; You know it's true. You may know it's true.

Manfredi Romano aka Dj Tennis shapes this treasure, a release that is decisively out of the box; a small cathedral made of subtle shades and unusual EQ's, where ideas seduce and frighten.

That's “Divisions”, led by Danish singer and guitarist Jeppe Kjellberg. Who's words and voice are carefully crafted as a precious, poisoning weapon of concern and bewilderment; as it is “Chirality” a deep, insistent, gelid voyage. Which distinctively in this round, We find ourselves not only with Tennis' masterful production skills but also the astounding addition of Sophie Trudeau's string work – she's been the driving force behind the string sections of legendary Canadian post-rockers Godspeed You Black Emperor, one of the most dark, cinematic and unsettling rock acts of the last decades – which really ads a poignant and visionary mood and emotions we rarely encounter and by that we can rarely breathe.

The original edits have been respectfully and creatively revisited by techno pioneer Roman Flügel, who masterfully rubs “Divisions”; turning it into a sensual, devious, laid down affaire. Lastly, closing the ride , the legendary English duo Plaid - true masters and innovators within the Intelligent Dance Music field- grace “Chirality” with their very own touch made of alien sounds, mutant rhythm architectures, warm dynamics and heartbreaking melodic caresses that iconically represents their visions.

Italian producer Lehar returns to Solomun's Diynamic Music this week, after his well received 'Number One Hero' release on sub-label 2DIY4 in March of this year. The Venice artist is fresh from a remix appearance on Toronto imprint My Favorite Robot and a feature on Connaisseur Recordings' highly regarded 10th anniversary release. 2016 is clearly set to be a massive year for the melodic master.

The 28th Chapter sees Djuma Soundsystem team up with Westerby for our latest story in sound: the cosmic afro tech of ‘Disambigua’.

Now based in Copenhagen, Norwegian artist Djuma Soundsystem was catapulted into the public's consciousness over a decade ago with his club classic 'Les Djinns' on Get Physical Music. His organic, sample-heavy signature sound is the perfect combination with fellow Copenhagen artist Westerby’s rougher, analogue synths and techy edges.

‘Disambigua’, their much-anticipated follow up to smash hit ‘Koma Kobache’ (Get Physical), is a standout cut which is already turning heads on dancefloors across Europe with its dark groove and killer vocal hook.

Rising star Jonathan Kaspar (Objektivity, Pets Recordings) is first up on the Editions, where he takes things deep. Built around the interplay of synth lines in call and response, his rework is a pure bass monster.

Meanwhile, label regular KatrinKa marks her latest release on Chapter 24 with an Edition that places the emphasis on a trademark infectious groove, paired with a spiritual melodic motif; a perfect balance of darkness and light.

The package is rounded out by Aaaron. The in-demand producer has worked with everyone from Defected and Get Physical to (more recently) Connected and Yoshitoshi. He focuses on deep, powerful drums in a version heavy on tension.

With this latest Chapter there can be no doubt: four different flavours of ‘Disambigua’ which together add up to a clear and coherent whole.
